Ashley Freeman Dr. Ashley Freeman has participated in Collaborative Divorce training and has seven years of experience working with children, families, adults, couples, and groups that she brings to her work as a Divorce Coach. Dr. Freeman works to help her collaborative divorce clients explore their interests, needs, and reactions in a supportive, nonjudgmental and genuine environment. Nicole Imbraguglio Dr. Nicole Imbraguglio is a specialist in children, adolescents, and families. She holds her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Interpersonal Dynamics, and a Master’s degree in Community and Clinical Psychology. Dr. Imbraguglio has coached parents experiencing the following that are many times associated with separation and divorce and get in the way of reaching settlement: anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, stress, physical symptoms of stress, and anger. Katrina Kuzyszyn-Jones Dr. Katrina Kuzyszyn-Jones utilizes her training in coping skills and conflict resolution to help adults, children and teenagers deal with issues of separation and divorce. As a Divorce Coach, she assists individuals in working through the challenges and stress that separation and divorce bring to everyday life, and helps them be effective communicators in negotiations. She finds that a combination of empowerment and coping skills is especially useful to people experiencing difficult life transitions. Tina Lepage Dr. Tina Lepage was the first psychologist in the Triangle to become fully trained in collaborative divorce (CD), and she continues to be the most highly trained and experienced mental health professional working in CD in this geographic area. Since 2004 Dr. Lepage has engaged in well over 200 hours of training in CD and mediation, and works with numerous families each year going though this transition. From the very beginning of her career with a B.S. in Child Development & Family Relationships, Dr. Lepage has been focusing on families, and she has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, parents, and children going through divorce. Dr. Lepage completed both her master’s thesis and doctoral dissertation in Clinical Psychology in the area of developing parenting plans, and is an expert in cooperative co-parenting and parallel parenting. Her combined experience in divorce transitions, child development, parenting plans, and conflict resolution make her highly sought out by people going through separation and divorce. Molly Parks Dr. Molly Parks is trained as both a child specialist and divorce coach, and assists adults, families, and children to make the often stressful process of divorce as smooth and manageable as possible. She joins the team with 10 years of experience working with families dealing with multiple life stressors. As a child specialist, Dr. Parks has an extensive history of working with divorcing families and helping children navigate this often stressful process, moving through this event with a healthy and intact sense of self. Colette Segalla Colette Segalla completed the first Collaborative Divorce training course offered in the Triangle area, and has a background with children, families and divorce that makes her well suited to acting as a Child Specialist or Divorce Coach in the Collaborative Divorce process. As a Child Specialist, Colette makes use of her background in education, having taught at both the secondary and elementary levels for eleven years. During these years she worked closely with parents to understand and best meet the needs of their children. This partnership with parents continues in her current work in clinical psychology as she conducts psychoeducational evaluations and individual therapy with children and adolescents. Her extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and parents both in education and in clinical psychology has prepared her exceptionally well to work in the role of Child Specialist. As a therapist, Colette also has experience doing couples therapy with couples who seek to improve their marriage as well as those who wish to peacefully separate and detach from one another when the marriage is ending. She focuses on helping these couples maintain a respectful partnership for the sake of the children and for their own emotional well-being even though they have chosen to end the marriage. Monica Summers Dr. Monica Summers owns and operates a private psychology practice in Cary/RTP area, specializing in the treatment and evaluation of children (including children under age 6), adolescents, young adults, and families. From her undergraduate training through her graduate training, Dr. Summers focused her education, research, and work on helping children and their families.
